The Spetznaz dune buggy destroyed by Ukraine has been sold to the highest bidder from Al-Ram in Palestine Authority.
The price is undisclosed. Soon the buggy will be restored and used to collect scrap metal across the green line.
The highest bidder said that he wants to recycle some of the metal, and use the rest to make a monument in Ramallah demonstrating the poor quality and evil designs of the Russian government war machine. He said he's proud of Israeli hi-tech culture.
